Driven by the current tremendous growth Ethiopia is experiencing in recent years, Estro Import and Export Pvt. Ltd Co. from now on referred to as Estro Impex was established in Ethiopia by the two brothers Mr Daniel Waktole and Mr. Samuel Waktole with a key motto “Rebuilding Ethiopian Business” or simply “Rebuilding Business” making its head Registered Office at ESTRO HOUSE, Geferssa, Burayou, Oromia Surrounding Fininfine Special Zone and the and its marketing office at AB Zone Building, Kazanchis, infront St. Urael Church in 2011 as per the Ethiopian Commercial law and being granted its license from Ministry of Trade of Ethiopia. Parent companies that resulted in the birth of Estro Impex are primarily Yoha International Pharmaceuticals Pvt ltd Co. which was established in 2007 (Certificated granted by Ministry of Trade) with annual turnover of USD 1.15 million in 2012/13. Yoha Pharmaceuticals Imports and distributes several quality pharmaceuticals and medical supplies throughout the country and for international tenders in Africa. We are founding members of International Cardiovascular Hospital S.C., one of the very few special cardiovascular hospitals in East Africa, which is established in the year 2007. We are also the founding members of Oromia International Bank S.C., one of the youngest government affiliated private bank ever since its establishment in the year 2009. Later Ozone Pharmacy was Established in 2009, certificate granted from Addis Ababa City Administration) with annual turnover of USD 101,575.00 in 2011/12 and Osandan Consultancy and internet café (Established in 2010, certificate granted from Addis Ababa city Administration) with annual turnover of USD 12,000.00 in 2011/12 as our subsidiary companies.
